General Terms and Conditions

  1. Please find the latest information on lesson times on our website or on your registration confirmation.

  2. Registration: We ask you to use our online registration form to register for SHOWTIME. It is also possible to register in person. Places are limited and are allocated on a “first-come, first-served" - basis. SHOWTIME reserves the right to not accept participants to a course or to exclude them from class.

  3. Course fee: Please find the course fees on our website All fees include taxes. In case of delayed payment we will charge 5% p.a. interest on arrears plus a reminder fee.

  4. Cancellation: A cancellation is only effective after SHOWTIME has received notice in written form (Email to before the cancellation deadline.

    Cancellation policy semester course:
    a. Requests for course fee refunds up to 3 weeks before course commencement will be granted 100%
    b. Up to 3 workdays before commencement 70% of the course fee will be refunded
    c. Up to 3 weeks past commencement 50% of the course fee will be refunded
    d. No refunds will be issued after 3 weeks past commencement.

    Cancellation policy workshops and adult courses:
    a. Requests for course fee refunds up to 2 weeks before course commencement will be granted 100%
    b. Up to 1 week before commencement 50% of the course fee will be refunded
    c. No refunds will be issued after 1 week before commencement.

    In case of cancellation due to medical reasons SHOWTIME needs to see a medical certificate in order to provide a refund of the course fee for the missed course period, from the date of notification, less 10% cancellation fee.

    Absence due to vacations and private or professional reasons are not considered as justified reasons for cancellation or refund.

    SHOWTIME will always aim to hold classes and courses according to schedule.
    Should SHOWTIME be unable to hold courses due to justifiable reasons such as force majeure and government regulations resulting from such events, especially given the current Covid-19 situation, contracting partners agree and Showtime reserves the right to hold classes in accordance with government regulations, in whichever form possible. 

  5. There is no entitlement to cancellation or fee reimbursement if the instructor is changed.

  6. Participation in all SHOWTIME activities is at your own risk. The participants are obliged to inform
    SHOWTIME and teachers about any medical conditions and existing injuries.

  7. The participants are responsible for their own property. SHOWTIME assumes no liability for lost or damaged property (i.e. clothes, money, electronic devices, valuables)

  8. The liability of the SHOWTIME organisation and all SHOWTIME staff extends only to the teaching hours and is limited to intent and gross negligence.

  9. SHOWTIME's responsibility of supervision applies exclusively to the period of the course unit.

  10. You agree that any photos or videos taken during SHOWTIME classes and events may be used in brochures, posters, for the website and in social media, as well as press and other media.

  11. SHOWTIME reserves the right to make changes to the course program.

  12. Jurisdiction: Vienna.

Amendments must be in writing.
